This is something that will solve a very real problem that your audience is having. Remember back to our parenting blog example. It would be a guide on everything dealing with potty-training. In the healthy living industry it might be an the Vegetarian's Handbook which gives them all the information they'll need and what to expect when they switch to a vegetarian diet.

The best way to learn about what to write about is by asking your readers and listening to your own problems. What did or are you struggling with?

This method is by far the most common and the price point will range from $5 to $100 for something like this with a lot of great information.

Self-published Amazon Kindle books.

This is another popular one. Kindle has made self-publishing very straight forward and has provided an amazing platform to write your own story or book. Whether this is fiction or non-fiction, the kindle platform is a great way to create a little more than a simple eBook.

Publishing your own books is also a great way to gain a little credibility in your industry.

Productized services

A lot of bloggers offer pre-set freelance writing packages. I've offered online personal training courses from one of my fitness blogs. This is basically a way to take some sort of service that you could offer and give it a set monthly price. What you can offer will depend on your specialties and what people are looking for you in industry.

This is often the stepping stone for creating an eBook guide. After you offer some sort of consulting or service to your clients, you'll learn more and more about their pains and problems and will be able to create the best guide possible to solve them.
