Websavers Inc

This guide will also work for Plesk 11 and should be very similar for Plesk 10.

  1. Start by logging in to Plesk. If you’re not sure how and you’re hosted with Websavers, follow the steps here to log in.
  2. Once in Plesk, click the Mail tab.
  3. Choose the mail account that you wish to configure
  4. Under the “Spam Filter” tab, click “Show Advanced Settings” (or scroll down)
  5. Here you’ll see a section called “White List”. Enter the email addresses with or without wildcards that you wish to whitelist.
