How to whitelist an email address in Plesk 12
This guide will also work for Plesk 11 and should be very similar for Plesk 10.
- Start by logging in to Plesk. If you’re not sure how and you’re hosted with Websavers, follow the steps here to log in.
- Once in Plesk, click the Mail tab.
- Choose the mail account that you wish to configure
- Under the “Spam Filter” tab, click “Show Advanced Settings” (or scroll down)
- Here you’ll see a section called “White List”. Enter the email addresses with or without wildcards that you wish to whitelist.
