Our Client Centre has everything you need to manage your account, including a nice and simple way of perusing your old support tickets. To check it out, login to the client centre, choose “My Support Tickets” and you’re good to go!

From here you can peruse your old tickets and manage all your current ones. You can open a new ticket, update existing ones with new information or close any that have been resolved.
