How do I update my credit card details?
Follow the steps below to update your credit card details on file with us:
- Log in to the Client Centre. If you don’t know your password, use the “Forget your password?” link on the bottom left of the page to reset it.
- In the upper right corner choose More > Payment Methods
- If you’re updating an existing card, find it in the list and click edit. If you’re adding a new card, select the “Add New Credit Card” button. Note that you cannot edit a credit card number, only the expiry date, so if you’ve received a new card number, you’ll need to add it anew.
- Enter your credit card info and save your changes
This will save the credit card details in your account. If you have an outstanding invoice due, you will want to complete the following steps to complete payment:
- Choose Billing > Invoices from the menu
- Look for the unpaid invoice(s) and click on the first one
- Click the Pay Now button in the upper right corner. If you do not see this, change the Payment Method (half-way down the right side of the invoice) to Credit Card and the button will appear.
- If there are additional invoices, go back and select the next one and repeat the above step
