Follow the steps below to update your credit card details on file with us:
- Log in to the Client Centre. If you don’t know your password, use the “Forget your password?” link on the bottom left of the page to reset it.
- In the upper right corner choose My Account > Edit Account Details
- Click the tab called “Credit Card Details” in the submenu
- Enter your new credit card info and save your changes
This will save the credit card details in your account. If you have an outstanding invoice due, you will want to complete the following steps to complete payment:
- Choose Dashboard in the upper left corner.
- Scroll down to the “Due Invoices” section, then choose the Pay All button if there are multiple invoices, or simply click View Invoice if there’s just one
- Click the Pay Now button in the upper right corner. If you do not see this, change the Payment Method to Credit Card and the button will appear.
