With a reseller hosting plan, you create customers and subscriptions for each client. Each subscription is completely isolated, and you can set whatever limits and permissions you wish on their subscriptions and give them their own Control Panel logins.
If your client requires support for their site or hosting, they go to you. Add Hands-On Support and you can vet and pass those requests on to us.
VPS hosting includes all the advantages of reseller hosting, plus you gain: additional advanced features within the Plesk panel; root access to your server; server resource scalability (memory, disk, CPU cores); and isolation exclusive to your hosting services.

Common Questions
While you can technically use the Titanium Plan in this manner, there are some hefty drawbacks to doing this. With the Titanium plan, each domain you add goes in one shared hosting space (Plesk calls them subscriptions or webspaces). Since the website files for all domains are located in the singular user folder, you can't set limits on your clients' storage and it also can potentially leave all other sites vulnerable to spreading infections if any one of the websites is hacked.
Because your customer's domains are not structurally separated from each other, if you ever wanted to separate that customer into their own hosting plan, it's nearly as tricky to do so as it is to move them from another web host (and thus is subject to our SiteMigrator service fee). Lastly, you can't give clients their own dedicated control panel access, without giving up access to your other clients' domains.
Titanium is truly intended to host a single customers' data who has multiple domains; not multiple clients.
Yes, this is another possible model for reselling our hosting. Rather than a singular reseller account where you set up your customer subscriptions in Plesk and manage everything from one account, you could order Helium, Carbon, or Titanium plans for each of your clients, but keep them all under your own Websavers account rather then referring the customer directly to us like in the affiliate model.
Benefits:
- When you reach 5 services with us, you get a multi-service discount of 10% across the board
- You may get hosting plans spread across multiple servers (this isn't guaranteed)
- This is likely cheaper in the beginning
Drawbacks:
- You have to manage each plan via separate Plesk logins
- You can't create service plans and therefore you can't control the hosting plans globally
- More costly in the long-run
- It may not be possible to merge hosting plans into a reseller plan without incurring migration fees (depends on the precise circumstances).
Since the drawbacks tend to outweigh the benefits and since all of these drawbacks are solved by taking advantage of a Reseller hosting plan or VPS, we don't actively promote this option, though you are welcome to proceed in this manner if you wish.

Activate your affiliate account here. Once activated you'll be provided with a unique affiliate URL that you can provide to friends, family, and/or add to your website. Share it however you see fit! A cookie will be placed in their browser for 30 days ensuring that if they order any services with us within that time, you will receive credit.

If your friend or client doesn’t use your referral link, simply have them send us a support request indicating that you should receive credit for the sign-up and we’ll be happy to mark you as the referrer.
- There is a 30-day hold placed on affiliate payouts to ensure the referral does not cancel and refund their service within our 30-day money back guarantee period. Upon the 31st day, you will able to login to the Client Centre and request withdrawal of the funds into your account. We will process the withdrawal via the method of your choice within 24 hours.
- Upon request for withdrawal of funds, we apply the funds as a credit on your account which will automatically be applied to any future invoices. You will then be required to only pay any remaining balance on your own invoice to renew the service in question. You may alternatively request to receive the balance via PayPal or Interac e-Transfer (Canadian banks only)
